This 1927 Spanish-style home sits proudly on a tree-lined corner, its' Mediterranean bones full of charm and promise. Inside the dark and dated interior was ready for a makeover to bring modern sensibility and practicality for our clients, a family of five. We embraced architectural elements such as Spanish arches, plaster walls, and terracotta tile flooring in the entry to ground the renovation.

With an East Coast narrative and fashion-forward flair, we were inspired by the couple’s dashing wardrobes. The interiors are filled with thoughtful details including a curated art collection that sets the scene while allowing each room to stand on its own. From a grand living room made for entertaining, to a formal dining room as a tradition, to a newly remodeled kitchen for family style dinners, each space evolves with purpose.

Room by room we introduced colorful pops and refined design. The boys’ study became a playful respite, with a wallpaper featuring Penguin Books, a perfect accent for our client, a middle school dean. No detail is shy here; style reigns in this Mediterranean gem that balances history, personality, and family life.
